We do not do refills on top of other peoples work

Most professional Lash artist do not do refills on top of other peoples work at all, and after 13 years experience neither do I. It states this on our website. If i apply a refill to a set of eyelash extensions that were incorrectly placed, it could damage your natural eyelashes more. It is also a hazard when different techniques and adhesives are used incorrectly. It also affects the retention and makes the lashes fall out faster when a refill is done on top of an incorrect job. So i have to take the necessary precaution to protect myself by starting every client with a fresh clean set of eyelash extensions or a proper consultation to see if i would consider even doing a fill.. I will gladly offer a refill if the original set was done through somebody that I know or who was trained within the Minkys network, (the company for which I train for). I offered a consultation to examine the work done to see if it is a job I can do. This is our policy, and we are open to offer you a consultation.

Reservations/Appointments

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Groupon 

The owner and operator does not offer Groupon promotions, only the staff of Judy, John and a Michelle are available for special vouchers.

Please make a note that- the client is responsible to attend their refill appointment with clean lashes and if they are still dirty after examining them, there is a $45 cleaning fee added to their services.

Cancellation Policy

At Mia’s Mink’s we hold your appointment especially for you. We understand that life happens and things come up so in an effort to be respectful of everyone’s time we adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Please give us 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. If we have less than that and are unable to fill the spot the missed appointment fee will apply. If you are late and we do not receive a call saying you are going to be late we will wait for 15 minutes before the appointment is considered a no show. If you call and let us know you are running late we will wait 15 min. for you before the service is considered a no show. No-show appointments will be charged $50. If you are running late we will do everything we can to give you your full service but, understand that we may have to adjust the time or type of service you will receive that day or you may have to be rebooked.

Same day cancellations-
The fee is $50 for each hour we have you scheduled for and cannot be forfeited upon cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.
