FAQ and Policies

Our Policy Regarding refills from other lash artists:

Most professional Lash artists do Not do refills on top of other peoples' work at all, and after 13 years experience neither do I. If I apply a refill to a set of eyelash extensions that were incorrectly placed, it could damage your natural eyelashes more. It is also a hazard when different techniques and adhesives are used incorrectly. It also affects the retentin and makes the lashes fall out faster when a refill is done on top of an incorrect job. So, I have to take the necessary precautions to protect myself by starting every client with a fresh, clean set of eyelash extensions or a proper consultation to see if I would consider even doing a fill. I will glady offer a refill if the original set was through someone that I know or someone who is affiliated with the Minkys network, the company for which I train for. I offer a consultation to examine the work to see if it is a job I can do.

How long do they last?

Depending on the pH of one's skin, they can last from 2 week to 2 months. The more acidic (or oily) the skin is, the quicker the extensions will shed. It also depends on to the amount of experience your eyelash artist has. You are guaranteed to have better retention and a longer wear if you go with a Master Lash Artist, if you know you will not be able to return for a while

What is the difference between a Master Lash artist and an Intermediate Lash artist?

Our Master Lash Artist have over 10 years experience and are trained in advance level classic, Volume and Mega Volume eyelash extensions application.  Application usually last from three weeks to over two months. Our Intermediate Lash Artist are newer to the eyelash extensions industry and they have from 2 months to over of years of experience. Application usually last from one week to three weeks.

Do they make your natural eyelashes fall out?

No, they do not. Eyelash extensions shed with the natural growth of your eyelashes. It's best to go to a Master Lash artist. If you go to someone who does not apply lash extensions properly, you will risk having your natural lashes fall out and possibly causing permanent damage.

What is more natural?

The thinner the diameter of the eyelash extensions used, the more natural your lashes will look. For the most natural look, it's recommended that you go for a light volume set.

How often do I clean my lashes?

Cleaning is a very important part of ensuring the health of your natural lashes. Cleaning is required daily and mandatory prior to attending your infill appointment. There is $40 cleaning fee if you attend your lash appointment with dirty lashes.

*Cleaning fee charge:

Please take note - the client is responsible for attending their refill appointment with clean lashes and if they are still dirty at the time of examination, there is a $40 cleaning fee added to their services.
